We greatly appreciate your letter dated June 15, 2012 to invite DITTA to attend a session of the

Sydney IMDRF Management Committee meeting.

The global medical device industry is very broad and diverse in scope. DITTA is the one true global

voice for diagnostic imaging, radiation therapy, healthcare IT, electromedical and

radiopharmaceutical industries. We thank the Management Committee for taking this into account
